Energy finance keynote speaker

Professor Secomandi has published in top operations management/research and management science journals on a wide range of topics, including energy and commodity merchant operations and real options. He has recently completed the edited volume "Real Options in Energy and Commodity Markets" to be published in the World Scientific-Now Publishers Series in Business. Together with his coauthors, he won the 2012 Best Publication Award in Energy of the INFORMS, Energy, Natural Resources, and the Environment Section. He is an Associate Editor for Operations Research and the INFORMS Journal on Computing, a Senior Editor of Production & Operations Management, and a member of INFORMS, POMS, and SIAM. He has been a quantitative manager at El Paso Merchant Energy and has consulted for Cheniere Energy, Cinergy, Equitable Gas, ExxonMobil, National Grid, and Shell, among others.
